RegAF 2027 will be hosted at The Dana on Mission Bay in San Diego. Conference attendees can take advantage of a special discounted room rate of $189 per night. Book by January 28, 2027 to receive the discounted room rate.

Tidal Waterfront Restaurant : Located on the shores of Mission Bay at Paradise Point Hotel, Tidal features savory seafood plates that are simple and speak for themselves. Stay warm by one of their fire pits while taking in the expansive view of Mission Bay at this beach house-turned restaurant.
Cannonball: Cannonball is the largest oceanfront rooftop in San Diego, with the views of a beach club and a menu that will leave you unable to make a decision. Cannonball offers inventive sushi and Pacific Rim-inspired dishes, like their Soba Noodle Bowl or their Lamb Lollipops.

Luigi's at the Beach: Stop by this family-owned Italian restaurant that has an extensive selection of sandwiches, pastas, pizzas, calzones, and so much more. Located right across the street from Belmont Park, Luigi’s is hard to miss.
Dockside 1953 (Bahia Hotel): Dockside 1953 is the signature restaurant at the Bahia Resort Hotel that serves locally sourced California food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner right on the Bay.
Phil’s BBQ: A beloved San Diego staple near Point Loma, famous for its mesquite-grilled baby back ribs, pulled pork sandwiches, giant onion rings, and signature barbecue sauce.

Day or night, the Gaslamp Quarter in Downtown San Diego is always busy with fun activities. Littered with restaurants of the highest quality and fun watering holes, there is always something to fill up unscheduled time. If you choose to come into San Diego early for some relaxation time before the conference, the Farmer’s Market in Little Italy is a must-try! Local vendors line the blocks of Little Italy every Saturday selling delicious mini-cheesecakes, cute bandanas for pets, locally grown fruits and veggies, and so much more. Beaches
Luckily for us, the conference will be held less than a mile from Mission Beach, one of the many beautiful beaches that line the Southern coast. Spend your down time exploring Belmont Park and its restaurants, or take a morning walk down the boardwalk to neighboring Pacific Beach. Thankfully, August in San Diego is one of the warmer months, so the weather will be perfect to stretch out on a chair and review presentation slides or relax and read a good book!
